Squeaky Wheel Mezcal Negroni
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Casamigo’s Mezcal
4 oz. Campari
1-1/2 oz. Kahl’ua Rum & Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. di Amore Amaretto
8 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ice🧊 Cubes
2 Orange🍊 Twists
PREPARATION
- Add Ice🧊 Cubes to mixer glass.
- Add Mezcal, Campari, Amaretto and Angostura Bitters to a Mixer Glass.
- Stir together for 30-seconds.
- Strain into a whiskey glass with fresh Ice🧊 Cubes.
- Express the oils of the Orange🍊 Peel over the top of the cocktail and use as garnish.

- The layers of flavor in this cocktail are amazing. In the front is the smokey mezcal and the back finish is the coffee essence. The Amaretto rounds out the flavor. I think in the future I will add a large coffee Ice cube.
