Silver Fizz
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Tanqueray Gin
6 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Lemon🍋 Juice; freshly squeezed
2 egg🥚 whites
16 oz. Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda
Ice🧊 Cubes
PREPARATION
- Add Ice🧊 Cubes to a Pint Glass.
- Pour the Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon🍋 Juice and egg🥚 whites into a Mixer Tin.
- Shake vigorously until you feel the liquid change to a viscosity (Dry Emulsification)
- Double strain mixer contents into the pint glasses.
- Top off with Club Soda.
- Stir gently so as to not disturb the foamy head.
- Serve with a straw.
