Scratch Rocks Margarita
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. 1800m Silver Tequila
1.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Lime Zest
2 Lime Wheels
Ice🧊 Cubes
PREPARATION
- Mix Sugar, Salt and Lime Zest on a plate for rimming.
- Rim glass and fill with fresh Ice🧊 Cubes.
- Add Tequila, Lime Juice, Simpe Syrup and Ice🧊 Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
- Shake for 30-seconds.
- Strain into the rimmed Rocks Glasses.
- Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
