INGREDIENTS

4 oz. Beefeaster London Dry Gin
1.5 oz. Lemon🍋 Juice; freshly squeezed
2 oz. Honey🍯
2 oz. Skip Rock Distillers Raspberry Liqueur; You may substitute with a Passion Fruit Liqueur or Any Fruit Liqueur you prefer.
2 oz. Lucid Absinthe
4 Luxardo The Original Maraschino Cherries🍒
Ice🧊 Cubes

PREPARATION

• Add Ice🧊 Cubes to a mixer glass.
• Pour Gin, Lemon🍋 Juice, Honey🍯, Raspberry Liqueur & Absinthe into the mixer glass.
• Shake for 30-seconds.
• Strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with Maraschino Cherries🍒.
