Mojito
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
20 large Mint Leaves
2 T. Sugar (Add less sugar depending upon your sweetness preference.)
2 Limes; juiced
6 oz. Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
Ice🧊 Cubes
2 Mint Sprigs
2 Lime Wheels
PREPARATION
- Add 1 oz. Rum, Mint Leaves and Sugar to a mortar n’ pestle.
- Crush the mixture until it forms a paste.
- Add remaining 7 oz. Rum to the Mint paste and let sit 10-minutes.
- Strain the mixture into Glasses filled with Ice🧊 Cubes.
- Add Lime Juice and Soda Water to the Glass.
- Stir for 15-Seconds.
- Garnish with a Lime Wheel and sprig of Mint.
