1.5 oz. Lemon🍋 Juice; freshly squeezed
2 oz. Honey🍯 Simple Syrup
2 oz. Skip Rock Distillers Raspberry Liqueur; You may substitute with a Passion Fruit Liqueur or Any Fruit Liqueur you prefer.
2 oz. Mephisto Absinthe Classique
4 Luxardo The Original Marachino Cherries🍒
Ice🧊 Cubes
PREPARATION
- Add Ice🧊 Cubes to a mixer glass.
- Pour Gin, Lemon🍋 Juice, Honey🍯, Raspberry Liquer & Absinthe into the mixer glass.
- Shake for 30-seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with Marachino Cherries🍒.
