Strawberry Gin Smash
INGREDIENTS
1 t. Agave Syrup
2 lime wedges
6 Strawberries; 4 hulled and sliced and 2 reserved for garnish
6 oz. Hendricks Gin
Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda
2 Fresh Mint Sprigs
Iceđ§ Cubes
PREPARATION
- Add Agave Syrup and Limes to a large Rocks Glass.
- Muddle until Limes have released their juice.
- Add Strawberries and lightly muddle.
- Add Iceđ§ Cubes and Gin.
- Top with Club Soda and gently stir for 15-seconds.
- Garnish with a Strawberry and Mint Sprig.
