INGREDIENTS

8 oz. Mephisto Absinthe Classique
2 oz. Clover Honey
16 oz. Water💦
Ice🧊 Cubes

PREPARATION

• Fill a large Rocks Glass with Ice🧊 Cubes.
• Add Absinthe, Honey, Water💦 and Ice🧊 Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
• Shake for 60-seconds.
• Strain into a large Rocks Glass.
