INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Cognac Salignac
1 oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambéry
1 oz. Woodinville Straight Rye Whiskey
2 tsp. Benedictine D.O.M.
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 Lemonđ Peels
Iceđ§ Cubes
PREPARATION
- Add Cognac, Sweet Vermouth, Rye Whiskey, Benedictine, Bitters and Iceđ§ Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
- Shake for 30-seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a Lemonđ Peel.
