Spiced Pear Martini

INGREDIENTS
6 oz.Ā Grey Goose La Poireš
2 oz.Ā Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
3 oz. Lemonš Juice
4 tsp. whole Cloves
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Nutmeg
Star Anise
6 thinly slices of Pearš
Iceš§ Cubes
PREPARATION
- Add Pearš Vodka, Ginger Liqueur, Lemonš Juice, Whole Cloves, Simple Syrup and Iceš§ Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
- Shake for 30-seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
- Garnish with 3 slices of Pearš, float a Star Anise and sprinkle the surface with Nutmeg.
