Spiced Pear Martini

INGREDIENTS

6 oz.Ā Grey Goose La PoirešŸ
2 oz.Ā Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
3 oz. LemonšŸ‹ Juice
4 tsp. whole Cloves
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Nutmeg
Star Anise
6 thinly slices of PearšŸ
Ice🧊 Cubes

PREPARATION

  • Add PearšŸ Vodka, Ginger Liqueur, LemonšŸ‹ Juice, Whole Cloves, Simple Syrup and Ice🧊 Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
  • Shake for 30-seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
  • Garnish with 3 slices of PearšŸ, float a Star Anise and sprinkle the surface with Nutmeg.
