Tomato Martini

INGREDIENTS
12 oz. Tomato🍅 Vodka
1 t. Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/2 t. White Vinegar
Ice🧊 Cubes
2 Slices Tomato🍅 halves
TOMATO VODKA RECIPE
16 oz. beefsteak tomato🍅, cut into large chunks.
1 c. Starr Blu Vodka
TOMATO VODKA RECIPE PREPARATION
- Combine the Tomato🍅 and Vodka in a blender.
- Pulse a few times on medium to break up the Tomato🍅 then blend for about 5 more seconds to form a pulpy puree.
- Strain the puree through a very fine sieve or a less than fine one lined with a double layer of cheesecloth.
- Stir it gently a few times as it strains, but do not press.
- Strain until it stops dripping on its own, about 15-minutes.
PREPARATION
- Add the Tomato🍅 Vodka, Vermouth and white vinegar into a Mixer Tin.
- Add Ice🧊 Cubes to the Mixer Tin.
- Shake until well chilled, about 20-seconds.
- Strain into chilled Cocktail Glasses.
- Garnish with a Tomato🍅 halve.
