Rosebud

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Tanqueray Gin
4 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
3 oz. Lemon🍋 Juice
2 oz. St Germain
1/2 tsp. Rose Water
2 Rosebuds
2 oz. Ginger Syrup
Ice🧊 Cubes
GINGER SYRUP PREPARATION
- Peel and thinly slice 3-inch piece of fresh Ginger.
- Add Ginger, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water to a saucepan.
- Boil for 2-minutes.
- Let rest until it reached room temperature.
- Strain and store for use.
PREPARATION
- Add Gin, Vermouth, Lemon🍋 Juice, St. Germain, Rose Water, Ginger Syrup & Ice🧊 Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
- Stir for 30-seconds.
- Shake into a chilled Cocktail Glass.
- Garnish with a Rosebud.
