Lucky #7 Mojito

INGREDIENTS

6 oz. Largo Bay Silver Rum
14 Mint Leaves
2 tsp. Demerara Sugar
2 oz. Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
7up
2 Lime Wedges
2 Mint Sprigs
Ice🧊 Cubes

PREPARATION

Place Mint Leaves, Sugar and Lime Juice in a Mixer Tin and muddle.
Add Rum and Ice🧊 Cubes to the Mixer Tin.
Shake for 30-seconds.
Strain into a large Rocks Glass with fresh Ice🧊 Cubes.
Top off with 7up.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge and a Mint Sprig.
