3 oz.Ā Dolin Rouge Vermouth de ChambĆ©ry
8 dashesĀ Angostura Bitters
Iceš§ Cubes
2 Lemon š Peels
2 Large Iceš§ Balls
PREPARATION
- Add Rye, Cognac, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters and Iceš§ Cubes to a Mixer Tin.
- Stir for 30-seconds.
- Place a Large Iceš§ Ball in a Large Rocks Glass.
- Strain the contents of the Mixer Tin into the Large Rocks Glass.
- Garnish with a Lemonš Peel.
